Senior Human Resources Strategic Partner Jobs

History of coaching employees for career development and performance management.

A minimum of five years of HR generalist experience, including in strategic HR business partner roles.

Prior experience in a charity, not-for-profit, or healthcare setting is optimal.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for employees.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolutions skills to adeptly build consensus.

Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and change management certification is an asset

Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop human resources strategies that enable effective change management plans and tactics

Demonstrated ability to complete long- and short-term strategic planning and resource management

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

At least eight years progressively responsible experience in human resources

Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and change management skills

Deep functional knowledge and broad experience in all areas of human resources policies, practices processes, and legislation

Computer proficiency with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft an asset

Coach managers and employees in the successful resolution of issues and conflicts

Minimum 8 years’ HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in a large, unionized environment

Experience in an academic or healthcare setting is an asset
