Effectively manage employee relations practices to facilitate communication between managers and employees through standardized performance management and effective coaching.

Graduate of a relevant postsecondary or postgraduate program with a focus on HR Management

Supports supervisors and managers with investigations and resolves sensitive employee issues and complaints.

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist preferably in a not-for-profit environment preferred

Experience working with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Suite of Products

Knowledge of labour laws, ESA, Human Rights Code, etc.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Provide guidance and support to management on performance management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Support HR programs, such as onboarding, salary administration, and time and attendance management.

Advise managers and employees on the application of policies, HR programs, and employment laws, fostering a positive work environment.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practices (OHSA, ESA, AODA, and Human Rights Code).

5+ years’ job-related experience in progressive HR leadership roles with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.

Project management and execution skills

Work with management to identify areas of opportunity and develop and implement HR solutions to address these areas.

Provides HR management, direction, and leadership to client group

Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

Manage and address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

A graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or demonstrable work experience

At least 2 years of experience in cross-platform development using Unity on Android and/or IOS platforms

Strong object-oriented design skills and proficiency in C# programming and debugging

Experience working with Unity animations and models in 3D space

Experience with Live and Online-related SDKs or implementations in Unity (telemetry, IAPs, cloud saves, data storage).

Understanding and experience with building and deploying an application from code to mobile device.

Experience using Unreal Engine is a huge plus

An individual with VFX experience is a huge plus

Creating 3D Real Time Assets (model/texture) and Previs geometry

Blocking out layout and lighting for real time environment builds in Unreal Engine

Optimizing assets to be performant for scouting and pre-lighting

Prepare scene and content ahead of client reviews and virtual scouting sessions

Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) design, development, implementation and validation of Power BI or dashboard applications

Develop and maintain data visualization tools including requirements gathering, design, data provisioning, building dashboards, leading validation/testing activities and providing training

Broad knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines as related to clinical programming processes

Experience in producing analytical dashboards with variety of BI tools, such as Power BI, Spotfire QlikView, Tableau etc.

Experience in both database concepts and design, particularly experience with Data Warehousing is recommended

5+ years of game engine development experience.

Demonstrable experience with C/C++ programming.

Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on debugging C++ code.

Analytical skills geared towards the measurement of system performance, memory use, etc., plus the communication skills needed to generate solutions.

Experience with crash dumps and x86 disassembly.

We collaborate closely with the Graphics team on many systems including vegetation, lighting, occlusion, etc.

5+ years combined industry experience at other AAA game development studios.

Fully experienced with the programming challenges related to UI development.

The UI Team at Rockstar is a diverse, multinational team made up of programmers and developers from across our studios.

As a senior UI programmer, you will be given full responsibility for key tools, technologies and game features.

As key team member, you will be added onto code reviews and discussions for you to contribute your technical expertise.

2+ published AAA console titles.
