Senior Fabrication Machine Operator Jobs

Documents and records all necessary information/data as per work cards and other company requirements

Performs proper housekeeping, clean-up and 5 S requirements

Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Good interpersonal and communicative skills

Performs the set up and tear down of Fabrication equipment.

Engage in IL6S activities including Daily Management Systems, pillar membership, work process ownership and AM activities

Education / Experience / Training Required:

Safety and quality standards for operating machines

Reading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site

Collaborating well in a diverse work environment

Observe all safety rules, practices and procedures in the performance of all duties.

Must have previous experience operating equipment on an industrial work site

Experience working in tight spaces is considered an asset

Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards

Operate various pieces of equipment, including but not limited to forklift, CAT loader, Pettibone

Move materials/equipment, snow, and dirt

Conduct safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings

Proven leadership skills through experience in past roles.

Additional relevant experience and educational credentials will be considered.

Set a standard for teamwork by offering assistance to all levels of operations.

7+ years experience in a similar role.

Experience with gas processing or steam facilities.

NGL and Crude loading experience considered an asset in this role.
