Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analysis

Data Analyst experience in ERPs as Salesforce, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, or equivalents

Strong knowledge of ETL processes and experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Mentor, project-manage, and guide junior analyst as well as troubleshoot and QA deliverables

Build backend data connection and manage data warehouse in the ETL process

Experience with predictive analysis and machine learning.

Strong understanding of business process analytics and/or business process management, including common methods for deriving business value from data

Understand and prioritize business requirements while managing the expectations of stakeholders

Understanding and experience with application of modern UI/UX interfaces within data visualization solutions

5+ years of experience with the principles of data analysis and data quality

Experience using secondary data for commercial operations and analytics such as field team planning, customer segmentation, or incentive compensation
