Combination of education and experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing will be considered

Create Assembly Manuals to define assembly requirements and special instructions for structural, system and electrical installations and assemblies on the aircraft.

Assist Area Managers in developing plans to increase efficiency including acquisition and implementation of new equipment

Assist in developing and rolling out technical skills training for manufacturing and assembly personnel to support the QMS.

8+ years of progressive hands-on experience in a large component manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry

Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering, planning or Methods role.

Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills;

Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in municipal design and construction;

Experience in the training/supervising of junior technical staff is an asset;

Experience as the lead designer for land development and small municipal civil projects is an asset.
