Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial markets, products, and services

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role within the investment industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation is a plus

Experience with sustainable or Impact Investing is a plus

Five to eight years experience in investment communication with a demonstrated knowledge of investment concepts, transactions, and asset management

Experience and working knowledge of investment communication, strategic engagement, and issues management principles

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize

Conduct research and source information that can be incorporated into issues management messaging and practices.

Actively adheres to compliance and risk management policies and participates in business continuity plan, and emergency/crisis communication activities.

Post-secondary education, preferably in business, economics, marketing or communication, journalism and/or related experience

Implement accounting activities, including assessing regulatory compliance requirements, as well as overseeing and evaluating outsourced administrative management.

Coordinate the multidisciplinary team’s activities (legal affairs and secretariat, taxation, operations, risk, investment) in project management mode.

Develop and prepare documentation, communication tools and executive summaries related to the team’s risk management activities.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Good business acumen and risk management

Identify, assess and manage the structure’s risks and operational complexities in collaboration with other sectors.

Demonstrated experience within all aspects of product management including: scope, schedule, financial, and risk management. for products.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Preparing plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of product management tools.

Preparing and presenting technical and management documents.

Stakeholder and communications management in a product context.

Product management in the field of Firepower, ISR, C4ISR, or Modelling and Simulation.
