Solid project management experience, with the ability to multi-task and lead multiple cross-functional research projects.

Programming experience in Alida (Vision Critical) or equivalent survey software (Qualtrics, Survey Gizmo, Survey Monkey, etc).

Skilled in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for data visualization/reporting

Develop questionnaires to answer research objectives

Create sampling plans and utilize industry best practices to maintain panel health

Leverage PowerPoint and Excel to create compelling, story-driven reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Share Knowledge: participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer

Insights & Feedback: provides insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicates feedback to Store Leadership

Team Player: builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and makes an effort to help others

Employee Recognition: contributes to a positive team morale participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal

Business Acumen: understands their contribution to service and selling on every shift in order to impact the store’s business

Store Environment: maintains Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; stays current on merchandising updates

Category Management/Merchandizing (CPG) experience is preferable.

Comfortable in presenting to senior management audiences.

5 years of experience in Category and Consumer/Shopper Insights.

Knowledge of the Canadian Retail Market.

Working knowledge of SQL. To be used to fetch data from platforms like PDW, HIVE, Google Big Query etc.

Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
