Generate new service requests in the system when necessary. Attach all pertinent documentation

Skills, Abilities, And Other Requirements

Develop new project scope development, procurement, construction, and commissioning in unification with subcontractors and project management team

Work with Project Management team, Planners and Estimators in development of project plans (costs, schedule, risk, scope and change management plans)

Work with Project Management team in development projects internal controls processes and procedures

Proven understanding of project management, engineering and construction processes

A good understanding of inter-relationship between planning/scheduling and cost management

Controls the management of overtime:

Identifies applicable training needs for its planning and ensures workload balancing to ensure sound management of working hours.

Provides management reports to establish indicators and findings related to coordination of short-term schedule.

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Hold a four-year (04) Bachelor's degree from an accredited UK university in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Have some certification from a recognized and approved program related to Schedule Engineering/control.

Provide support to the construction team in preparing and reviewing the project master schedule.

Review all schedule classes and key milestones.

Monitor and control the construction progress.

Verify the baseline for project proposal if required.

Complete training related to the requirements of the job;

Provide essential recycling services and knowledge to the community in which the facility serves;

Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a role preferably in a customer service-oriented environment;

Must have good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written;

Experience running small mobile equipment such as a forklift is an asset, but is not necessary;

Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Management.

Experience in P6 & ECOSYS

Performs analytics of results and predicts outcomes as part of forecasting process.

Prepares documents/records as part of project controls processes, including Change Control Forms (CCFs).

Reviews weekly actual costs, accruals and earned value to ensure accurate progress reporting.

Resolve any coding issues in source systems to ensure accurate reporting.

At least 5 year’s experience relevant to the airline industry

2 years experience in planning and scheduling systems

Minimum Bachler degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management

Demonstrated experience in “IBIM” (Integrated Building Information Modeling) process in building condominium Mid-Rise, High-Rise residential apartment.

Demonstrated experience in “Soft Landing” discipline in 8 phases. From “Strategy Definition” phase to “In use” phase.

Demonstrated experience in “IMOB”, based on HM Cabinet office.

Advanced skills and expert in: Microsoft office, Adapt, Primavera, Ms. Project, Revit, communication online platforms.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience specifically in “CCL Post Tension Structural System”.
