Types correspondence for department managers.

Codes delivery manifests and prepares billing.

Compiles statistical information from manifest data and prepares related report.

Inputs delivery information into computer.

Assists with dispatching as needed.

Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.

Effective resource analysis, planning, and management skills.

Aid Senior Management in operational planning, employee program development (e.g., awards, incentives, sales plans), and resource planning.

Manage SLS reporting and oversee the program's overall management.

Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems.

Combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience, or equivalent.

Strong background in service quality management with notable achievements.

Prioritize work to ensure effective time management to meet sensitive daily deadlines.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Inform the manager of any issues which arise out of the course of daily work.

Sound knowledge of standard office administration procedures, and of the Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent grammatical, spelling, and communication skills.

Experience with mailing equipment and courier products and services.

Engaging all customers to help them navigate the changes in the store.

Maintaining product displays by facing.

Experience with working and supporting Dispatch and Field Service Management (FSM) Applications is an asset.

SAP Certification in Logistics PM-CS or EAM or IS-U modules or several years consulting experience is highly desirable.
