2+ years’ experience in SFDC Developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers

Solid source control management experience

Familiarity with order management concepts

Work with team members on design development and deployment of Salesforce B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales and Service cloud solutions

Min 5 years of experience developing with Salesforce

Min 5 years of APEX experience

At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.

Ability to work in a quiet environment at home, free from interruptions.

Basic computer skills and familiarity.

Salesforce.com Dev certifications 1 & 2

Working knowledge of Web and Javascript frameworks

Superior written and oral communication skills

Functional knowledge on CPQ in Salesforce

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with softphone and/or Open CTI integration an asset

Integration experience with DocuSign an asset

Develop a custom end-to-end program to provide a platform for contact center agents

Design screen flows for call centre agents to easily access product and order information in Salesforce

Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions that meet our specific business requirements;

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development including customization, configuration, and integration;

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform features, data model, security model, and governor limits;

Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, etc.);

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization;

Certification in FLS/FLE; Degree in French/ Education/ Languages or other relevant is an asset;
