Representing the Purolator Values to Customers and key partners and, other duties as assigned by management

Experience and adaptation to using technology

3-12 Months Customer Service Experience preferred

3-12 Months Retail Experience preferred

Pay close attention to detail and instructions, and manage projects while following proper production procedures (set-up, quality control, and finishing).

Create a best-in-class customer experience especially when managing customer queues.

Prior experience in a retail/commercial printing environment is preferred.

Own the appearance and standards of the solutions shop, and partner with the solutions shop team to maintain supplies.

Review the online dash board and filter the processing of customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner.

Connect, Share, and Partner with customers to discover sales opportunities.

Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful

If selected, you’ll be invited to do an initial interview with store management or a member of our retail HR team

Meet minimum sales requirements based on store volume

Provide exemplary client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture

Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise

Provide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the market

Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience

Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives

Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs

A knowledge of building materials and the construction process would be considered an asset

Clarify and understand customers' needs and suggest the best solution(s) for their projects

Experience in engineering design related to commercial buildings and facilities

Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines represented by the company

5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in the consulting engineering, construction, and data center industry (Mission critical infrastructure – Power/Cooling/IT Racks/DCIM)

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in both French and English

Continuously develop and expand technical and interpersonal skills
