Office Administration, Public Relations or Business Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven desktop skills required including knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products

Act as Ontario Northland’s front-of-house representative at the corporate head office creating positive customer experiences during every interaction

Commitment to developing and maintaining knowledge of all Ontario Northland’s products and services, in particular corporate services updates that impact employees

Knowledge of Ontario Northland procedures and organization structure, privacy and security protocols

3 -5 years’ experience in a front facing customer service role or retail sales

If selected, you’ll be invited to do an initial interview with store management or a member of our retail HR team

Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, while reinforcing the customer’s purchase and capturing the customer’s phone number/email address

Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant, including processing merchandise and maintaining the back room

Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed

Bachelor of Business Administration or 1+ years of ENCORE or equivalent experience required

1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
