4. Stakeholder Relationship Management – 30%

Position: Sr. Manager of Core Modernization Program Delivery

Location: 1 day a month if needed in Markham – otherwise remote

Role Title & Department; Sr. Manager, Program Delivery Lead – Core Modernization

• Financial accountability for overseeing budgets (managed directly by Directors) including forecasts, actuals, and business cases.

Client: Enterprise Insurance Client - Canada

5+ years of direct people management and leading technology delivery through others

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred

Manage portfolio level risks and dependencies

Manage portfolio heath and financials (CapEx, OpEx, and SG&A)

Lead Community of Practice for Program and Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts

Manage leadership team communications, rhythms and plans (meetings, offsites, planning sessions, OKRs)

· Demonstrated project management skills

· Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

· Experience working in an Agile software environment

· Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills

Manage global calendar for DIB

Manage membership lists for DIB/EECNs as needed

Manage DIB email aliases as needed

Manage Microsoft Teams folders for DIB

Project management experience, plus overseeing operational teams and implementing collaboration, team processes and efficiencies, an asset

Program or business leadership and general management skills

Experience working with marginalized youth or talent acquisition and/or hiring placement agency, government or funding reporting writing experience
