Saas Support Advisor Jobs

Proven experience as a successful sales representative or reseller, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience utilizing remote-based software to provide technical support(mandatory within the last 5 years)

Provide customer's employees with product training (remotely or in-person) - 10-session software training program schedule provided

Be viewed by the customer as an industry expert on products and solutions offerings

Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in theIT / Transport customer servicefield(mandatory within the last 5 years)

In-depth knowledge of the intermodal transportation business is a strong asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prompt and effective email and virtual communication skills;

Knowledge of geological software products and their application;
