1.Gather details and requirements for the SaaS solution

4.Facilitate the UAT with stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are met

Proficient in documenting and analyzing business requirements

Experience working with implementing a SaaS solution

Experience with integrating systems into a Saas Solution

3+ years experience with roles that may include account/partnership management and business development

Strong organizational skills and independent time management

Monitor and manage partner performance

Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills

Experience tracking partnerships through a CRM

o Perform risk management, including but not exclusive to, risk planning, identification, risk analysis and risk responses

o Breakdown of responsibilities among project personnel

• Review, update and manage project budget

o Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and other such requested reporting requirements

• Project closing documentation, including lessons learned, RACI, SLAs and Knowledgebase Articles

• Direct experience with the following are considered assets:

Solid knowledge of incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Establish and maintain best practices, processes, and procedures for incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.

Lead and manage a cross functional team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production support operations and enhance customer experience.

Manage and resolve complex production incidents, ensuring timely

Compile detailed reports for management with commentary

Manage KPIs development, enhancement and reporting

Previous experience in SaaS industry

Experience with financial modelling and visualization

Experience with NetSuite a strong asset

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
