This includes managing staff, overseeing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and ensure the store meets its financial goals. The Retail Operations Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, monitoring store performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Ability to monitor store performance
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
