Overview:
Retail Field Specialists are responsible for providing support to retail stores in their assigned region. They are responsible for ensuring that stores are compliant with company policies and procedures, providing training and support to store personnel, and ensuring that stores are properly stocked and merchandised. They also work with store managers to identify and address any issues that may arise.How To Become an Retail Field Specialist:
To become a Retail Field Specialist, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED and experience in retail management or customer service. You may also need to have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to stores in your assigned region.Retail Field Specialist Skills:
