A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management would be an asset.

Minimum five (5) years of senior Spa Leadership experience

Experience managing a staff of 30+

Experience developing and monitoring operational budgets.

Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the spa hospitality industry preferable but not required

Works well independently and who is a team player

Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Proficiency in other languages would be an asset but not required

Support manager on duty with the various additional tasks

Communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention to the manager on duty

Communicate any maintenance issues to the manager on duty

Minimum of 1 year hospitality and/or cleaning/janitorial experience

Thoroughly clean and sanitize and stage the Circuits prior to each session

Provide shift handover notes for the next cleaner

Communicate any suggestions or guest feedback to the manager on duty

Support manager on duty with the various additional tasks

Communicate any maintenance issues to the manager on duty

Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience

Understanding of customer service and desire to provide excellent guest experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-orientated with excellent time management skills

Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service, Health and Wellness and/or Retail Sales experience preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as cohesively as part of the team

Computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS/payment method experience preferred

Previous hotel front desk or spa experience preferred
