Job Description

Oceanstone Resort is a little slice of heaven, nestled on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean just down the road from Peggy’s Cove, Nova Scotia. This versatile venue and collection of coastal accommodations offer a stunning backdrop for events, local food experiences and making memories.


We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new world-class hydrothermal spa at the heart of our beautiful seaside property, and we currently seeking a Spa Concierge to add to our professional team.The Spa Concierge is the face of the Hydrothermal Spa and is responsible for providing exceptional guest service with the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive wellness environment, we would love to hear from you.


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-orientated with excellent time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated, professional and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as cohesively as part of the team
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service, Health and Wellness and/or Retail Sales experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS/payment method experience preferred
