We are looking for a part time Concierge to join our RiverBend team. We would love for you to join our team!

• Valid driver's license required.
• In addition, the Concierge will provide assistance to residents and visitors by prompt and thorough completion of all requests/activities, including errands, relaying of messages, security and home checks, and other services as required.
• Our Employee Assistance Program is available for your everyday needs.
• We’ll set you up for success by providing in-depth training with your team and mentors, working in partnership with our leadership team.
• Our unique rewards and recognition programs are designed to celebrate you, your contributions and promote your success.
• Experience with documentation requirements related to security and customer service follow up processes.
• Possess a current security guard license, as required and issued by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
• Flexibility in days and hours of work.
• The Concierge will provide exceptional customer service by understanding and effectively communicating our services and being responsive to the needs of our residents and guests.
• Prior experience in the hospitality/customer service industry is an asset.
• The Concierge will greet and assist all visitors to the complex and maintain all required records of arrivals and departures.
• Familiar with Microsoft computer programs and email protocols.
