Research Advisor User Testing Jobs

Practical experience in sterile cell culture and cell analysis techniques (live/dead cell counting, flow cytometry, microscopy, and imaging)

Hands on experience with Western Blots, 3D cell culture, and/or pluripotent stem cells is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft office or Google Workspace, experience with Graphpad is considered an asset

Contribute to project, goal, and experiment planning and execution

Acquire reagents, perform lab-based experiments, troubleshoot unexpected outcomes, complete data analysis, and present of results in slide and report formats

Onboard new techniques with limited training

Monitor and manage the day-to-day progress of projects.

Ensure that the right projects are assigned to the right team members by providing the necessary visibility to the production manager.

Ensure that their team has the appropriate resources and knowledge leading to quality deliverables.

You have experience in user research, UX or user testing (experience in the video game industry is a plus).

You have a good knowledge of video games (consoles, PC, mobile).

Collaborate with other team leaders: resource sharing, support, etc.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Generating regular reports on progress and highlighting any exceptional findings or issues to management.

Communicating with clients as necessary to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the account management process.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Registering clients on our CRM tracking product using the credentials provided by the company.

Conducting KYC verification for clients using their own information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

An in-depth working knowledge of test management software, programming languages and QA methodologies.

College or university graduate (preference given to candidates with specialization in IT and/or quality assurance management programs)

Work as part of the global Client Experience (CX) team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.

Previous experience as QA, UAT Specialist or similar role.

Excellent comprehension skills including understand technical documentation and providing necessary clarifications.

Experience with Functional, Load and Performance Test Automation.

• Experienced in managing security parameters and user access

• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge

• Experience on ERP or other similar implementation projects considered an asset

Minimum of 2 years experience in advisory and supervision of staff within a similar organization
