Rental Leasing Manager Jobs

Conduct background due diligence checks and advise management on each applicant

Compile and provide management with ongoing insight into occupancy rates, market rents, research reports, surveys, and new developments.

Ad hoc projects as requested by management.

Negotiate financial terms and prepare lease proposals, offers and leases for apartment units.

Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills in order to meet client expectations.

Provide property management services to company clients in compliance with the management agreements in place and within the guidelines of Tribe.

Ensure that all activity is conducted within the appropriate provincial legislation pertaining to the business of third-party property management.

Possess a valid Rental Management license along with a track record of excellence

Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset

Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.

·Retail Management experience an asset

·3-5 years of retail leasing or related experience

·Real Estate/shopping centre knowledge and/or accreditations

·Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint & Excel

·Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Recent experience in residential property management

Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills

Working closely and collaboratively with marketing, training, call centre and property management teams

Provide extensive support, supervision, training, mentorship and performance management to the leasing team.

Working with the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience to support customer service strategies on site.

University degree in Business Administration or 3 years of relevant experience

Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.

Executing all leasing program related duties including call campaigns, prospect tours, preparing reports, tenancy agreement execution and management.

Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).

Emphasizing the location, building suite features and benefits, and quoting rental prices.

Ensuring a strong resident experience from initial contact, screening processes, to move-in day.

Ensuring website and current ads are up to date, and reporting any discrepancies to the leasing manager.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Previous experience in residential property management, considered an asset.

Preparing monthly, weekly, and daily reports for management.

Adhering to a 30-min response time policy for inquiries prospective tenants and management.

Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).

Overseeing all lease-up requirements of newly constructed residential building(s).
