Analysis of requirements associated with baseline changes to product;

Minimum of 6 years maritime experience in Ship Repair, Ship Building or Ship Operational Experience

Strong technical knowledge with ability to make technical decision

Previous experience working with a defense contract.

Experience supporting an operational military asset.

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

A team player with an attention for detail

Minimum of one year current medical/surgical experience required.

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with WRHA policy.

Nursing care knowledge related to clinical area.

Case consultation with advisors through partnership and education

5 years minimum experience working with advisors and distribution partners in the mid-large case market

Demonstrated industry qualifications such as CFP, CLU

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Excellent influencing, training and coaching skills

In depth knowledge of Equitable products and competitor products
