3 to 5 years of experience in visual presentation with a strong background in display/merchandising/styling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Take part in the creative seasonal props project.

Research trends and creative information (pictures from runways, styling ideas, colour stories inspiration, mood shots).

Implement the visual directives specific to the brand.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

Responsible for revenue management and inventory planning/logistics

Develop strong relationships with the Manitoba Liquor Board’s category managers, pricing and marketing departments

Manage forecast, account budgets and own key performance indicators (KPI’s)

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

A passion for learning and sharing knowledge, both data oriented and qualitative

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Microsoft Teams

Liaise regularly with project management, sub-contractors, and vendors,

Managing Client contract communication platform and distributing information requests to groups such as QA oversight, engineering, and field management,

Coordinate project administrative functions, drawing control, change order control, trade tendering, purchasing, and general office requirements,

Assists in takeoff quantities, cost estimates (as a secondary duty to project requirements),

Supporting the Site Superintendent and Project Manager with any other tasks that may arise.

Experience in environmental and/or civil earthworks construction projects preferred

The education. You have post-secondary education in human services, employment counseling, non-profit sector management, or a related discipline.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, crisis management, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills

Apply the principles of outcome-based program management generally used in the private sector to manage a public-sector operation.

Regional responsibility for Property Management and facility issues, and managing company assets

Exposure to Asana (project management software) and Salesforce (CRM) is considered a strong asset.

Flexibility to work after hours to attend community events, board meetings, or property management issues.

Establishes partnerships with Stakeholders to ensure visual presentation standards and direction are maintained for brand consistency.

Visual execution of Home Office set up store at assigned local store; new store openings as assigned.
