Attend tradeshow and educational events in their territory for clinical representation and assistance

Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as necessary

Minimum 1-month management of Tim Hortons Restaurant experience (training provided upon hire)

Time management skills and ability to schedule, organize and execute on all logistics of event management

Inventory management, production, Guest service, equipment, P&L management (F&P, labour, opex), management routines, Team training

Develop and manage relationships with Restaurant teams and owners

Work independently to manage schedule to meet KPIs

3+ years of Restaurant and Franchisee operations experience

Coach and mentor trainers and training staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective training programs.

Lead a team of talented training managers and trainers.

Manage and coordinate the delivery of training programs across the organization, including in-person, virtual, and online training initiatives.

Manage the training budget and track training expenditures.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in training and education.

Post-secondary education in education, training & development, human resources or related field
