The Regional Lead’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·In consultation with the National Manager of Programs & Advancement:

·Coordinate and manage facilitators, co-facilitators, substitute facilitators, artist-educators, volunteers

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of ITIL framework; Problem Management, Change Management, Incident, Configuration, Release Management and Service Level Management.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Possesses a university degree/college diploma and/or 2-5 years relevant experience in related field of study.

Possesses solid analytical skills for complex problem solving.

Able to manage multiple and potentially competing priorities simultaneously.

Experience in working effectively with different technology and business teams

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods

Proven business acumen, team building, and project management skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey reporting analysis and metrics to senior management

Dashboard management, monitoring key behaviours and sales trends

3+ years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

Relationship management: you quickly develop and foster trusting, healthy relationships with Client Partners and Sales Team Members

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods

Proven business acumen, team building, and project management skills

3+ years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

Demonstrated knowledge of emerging fleet management technologies and best practices

Manages vendor performance to contract requirements for the Fleet department

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment leveraging excellence in time management

Review major repairs, with Fleet Manager prior to proceeding to assess suitability based on vehicle repair history, age, utilization, and mileage

Oversee and manage the schedules, day-to-day activities, and inspections for the mechanics in shop

Work with operations and other departments to ensure that equipment requirements are met

Item Management in Flow (season codes, in-store-dates, drop day, clustering changes, in DC, etc.)

BA, BSc, BBA, BComm (or equivalent), specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management an asset

Ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry and highly organized with a keen eye for detail

Retail experience preferred and Merchandising experience is an asset

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
