Understand and follow all elements of the quality management system.

Solid computer skills and experience, including word processing, spreadsheet and ERP software.

Review and complete NCRs under direction of Quality Manager.

Certificate of qualification, diploma or training in mechanical inspection an asset.

Must have working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.

Inventory Management/ERP system knowledge and/or experience an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc).

1 year of Warehouse Logistics experience an asset

Monday to Friday – 8:00AM to 5PM – (40 hours/week).

Maintain and scan records of associated receipt documents

Work from written and verbal instructions and standard practice.

See that sufficient supply is provided and maintained in appropriate departments.

Maintain proper stock levels for manufacturing departments, distribute per requisition.

Exercise proper care to lift and balance loads properly.

Provide cycle count inventory to ensure accuracy. Works from service/sales order requisitions, parts requisitions.

Transfer stock items and parts from appropriate manufacturing departments, issuing proper parts and materials against orders.

Supporting warehouse management activities to ensure warehouse locations are clean and free from clutter.

Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification will be an advantage.

Excellent organizational skills and relevant customer service experience is a plus.

Reviews incoming documentation of materials to ensure conformance with purchase order requirements.

Strong math skill and proficiency in using basic measuring devices including micrometers, vernier calipers, tape measures, thread gauges.

Ability to read blueprint/drawings and experience with product inspection in a machine shop / sheet metal environment.

Min 1-year experience in Administration and/or Data Entry

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
