Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite of software especially excel, crystal report, database management.

Directly management of the Receiver and Inventory Control Clerk/Production stager.

3+ years warehouse inventory management and/or warehouse receiving.

3+ years working with ERP inventory management system and RF scanners.

Strong math and logic skills.

Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented with strong time management and organisational skills

Transfer items and log inventory movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Monitor supply requirements and inform Lead on inventory needs

1 year of operation or logistics experience in retail or related field

Written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Knowledge of WMS systems, an asset

Excellent time management, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills

Must possess some computer and/or data entry skills (email, Excel)

Thorough understanding of best practices in inventory management, warehousing, and receiving

High-school diploma or post-secondary education

5+ years of current hands-on experience in receiving required, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Experience supervising or directing the activities of warehouse staff

Educational Qualification & Certifications Requirements

Report to upper management regularly and provides recommendations for better inventory control.

Manage Invoice & packing slip related requests and queries.

Pay close attention to details and immediately notice discrepancies regarding inventory and finances.

3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of accounting databases and record keeping.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong ability to take initiative/proactive skills, must be adaptable and flexible

Experience working in a Manufacturing and/or Warehouse environment

Warehouse, Inventory and Shipping/Receiving experience

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Physical Receipt of incoming parts, verifying count and tagging with part identification

Must possess excellent time management skills to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment

Performs job related duties as specified by management

Apprising Supervisor and Customer Service Manager of any non-compliant freight

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Industry experience preferred; not required

Daily inventory cycles, cycle counts; reconciliation of counts

Help ensure that the Symbotic suspect cases are managed within specifications.

Review inventory adjustments with Supervisor and Manager when the discrepancies are above tolerance level.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a variety of warehouse functions.

Excellent knowledge of both JDA and Manhattan WMOS.

Experience in analyzing data from AS/400 applications in a Microsoft Office Environment.

Responsible for participating in inventory cycle counts in order to complete 3 cycle counts per fiscal period.

Courses in supply chain management or are currently enrolled in a supply chain degree, an asset;

Manage par stocks and ensure effective organization of inventories;

Manage suppliers delivery/shipping scheduled and resolve issues of missing items, delivery errors and other difficulties;

Manage, validate, and ensure timely delivery of linen inventory;

Two years experience in related field;

Knowledge of Sage 300 and Norming software, an asset;

Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills

Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others
