Quotation Analyst Jobs in Ontario

Excellent time management/organizational skills with ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requests

Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls

Exceptional communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills (MS Suite, File Maker, AS400, ERP - Eclipse) preferred

Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotations;

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience is an asset

Follow opportunities through the sales process and keep records of customer interactions using a Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce)

Manage the proposal document, including planning, organizing, driving, and directing content for all Professional Services workstreams

Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, with attention to detail

Remote work / independent / self-motivator

Engage with our target market segments and continually work to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Prepare project hand over documentation and support order managements during project execution.

Knowledge on Quotation preparation experience with Drives and motors will be an asset

The analysis of customer requirements and relating these requirements to the application using the VFD and motor product portfolio

Working closely with Siemens Sales Organization and Siemens Solution Partners, to demonstrate technical features and benefits of Siemens Drives portfolio.

Strong knowledge in Electrical and Electronics theory
