Knowledge of electrical design standards (CSA, IEEE, ANSI/IEC) and provincial codes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. French skills will be considered as an asset.

Solid understanding of industry codes and good utility practice

Knowledge of SPC methods, process and machine capability requirements, and lot control techniques.

Minimum of three years machine shop experience, preferably in a high volume environment.

Knowledge of LPS and LPS tools (i.e. value stream mapping), TS 16949 and related procedures.

Previous experience with the use of statistical analysis software and computer-assisted design, manufacturing and machining (i.e. AutoCAD and SolidWorks).

Ability to interact and communicate with others such as supervisors or managers discussing work and provide updates.

Must have strong organization and time management skills.

Manage Design Change requests including issuing change orders for changes to scope, schedule or budget.

Review deliverables for adherence to Client procedures, best practices, suitability for the design purpose, and commercial requirements.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience is required.

General knowledge and experience in an aerospace electronics and

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize

Coordinating with the project team to determine priorities, communicate requirements, and conduct quality reviews and submit reports of completed work

Coordinates supply chain requirements with the Operations team to ensure the contract is executed correctly and promptly

Post secondary degree or certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or another relevant field

3-5 years of relevant experience performing duties similar to those outlined above

Install and start up equipment, provide field supervision, and follow up to complete facilities in a timely manner

Supporting the Project Lead in the planning and management of project deliverable's to ensure all project requirements are met

Coordinate with Managers and Superintendents on Engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project

Provide overall progress reports and other reports related to schedule and cost as required by the Project Manager

Minimum 4 + years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry

Sound technical engineering knowledge and understanding

High level of communication, written and interpersonal skills
