Education - Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Event Management or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Event Experience - Minimum 5 year experience in Hospitality/Event Management

Experience working with a variety of data management systems an asset

Creation, management and reconciliation of budgets, final accounting of project revenues and expenses

Manage and coordinate all suppliers and other third parties

Manage supplier RFPs, negotiations and contracts & services

o Perform risk management, including but not exclusive to, risk planning, identification, risk analysis and risk responses

o Breakdown of responsibilities among project personnel

• Review, update and manage project budget

o Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and other such requested reporting requirements

• Project closing documentation, including lessons learned, RACI, SLAs and Knowledgebase Articles

• Direct experience with the following are considered assets:

Post-Secondary Education in related discipline; Volunteer Management, Human Resources, or PMP Certification

Excellent project management skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Excellent organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet conflicting priorities and balance multiple projects.

Strong planning, project management skills with excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Conduct in-depth and on-going monitoring and evaluation of project management processes as it fits the organization’s needs

Conduct quarterly review of metrics and adapt project management plans to support KPIs are metrics

Strong business analysis and project management skills required, including a deep understanding of translating customer business needs into technology requirements.

5+years business and/or technology experience, including business analyst or project manager in a pharmaceutical, technical, financial (or other regulated) industry.

Analyze business needs, bring together, document and assess business requirements from partners and define a case for a technology solution.

Develop and monitor continuous improvement activities, including measuring existing systems against changing business requirements to determine enhancements and process improvements.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences regulated environment (GxP) QC, Clinical/Medical or Drug Safety experience.

Solid understanding of medical/clinical terminology, roles and responsibilities
