Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Facilitate and support the risk management process for assigned projects using the available tools.

Facilitate identification, investigation and remediation of quality issues as assigned using available tools and methodologies.

Provide oversight, transparency and tracking of quality issues for assigned studies.

Assist with preparations, conduct and response/action plan development for

Partner with project teams to achieve and maintain inspection-ready state including story board oversight.

Develop and cultivate transparent quality relationships, while managing

Post-Secondary education in related field or combination of education and work experience

Support quality issues management tools such Quality Enhancement Reporting and Quality Incident Notifications.

Manage and Coordinate management of change of specifications, standards, forms, etc

Someone who has a technical and working knowledge of design and construction, standards, codes, and regulatory requirements associated with Enbridge Projects.

Well-developed knowledge/understanding and experience reviewing Product/Process/Equipment qualifications.

Well-developed knowledge/understanding and experience interpreting drawings and technical documents.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Nuclear.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Engineering design and/or quality.

Well developed quantitative and analytical skills.

Analyze, investigate and research complex problems and provide technical direction to QA and manufacturing project teams.

Create and ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) are in compliance with project requirements.

5-8 years’ experience in heavy construction projects.

Firm knowledge of construction codes and standards CSA, ISO, ASME, API, AWWA and others in relation to the project.
