Test Manager - Flight Operations :

Responsibilities for flight test engineer:

• Oversee and participate in development of integrated test requirements, criteria, plans, and procedures

• Act as a technical liaison to the Program Manager Ensure product testability and supportability

Qualifications for flight test engineer

Strong Business and Requirements Analysis experience

Define business requirements for the set up and configuration of the new cloud-based contact centre solution

Interface with the integration partner to ensure the system is set up configured and tested in line with the business requirements

Strong Call Centre implementation experience, in particular on the Genesys platform, or similar ones

Strong experience of Agile methodologies

PMP – Project Management Professional certification

Defines and develops project management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals

7 to 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager working collaboratively as part of cross functional team

Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in the application of project management methodologies

Manages and executes project set-up activities

Experience developing and maintaining project schedules including working team and executive views

Strong negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.

Demonstrated issues management experience relating to a highly regulated sector(s), including pharmaceutical or life sciences, is strongly preferred.

Serve as project management lead on key initiatives, including scheduling meetings/roundtables, managing key initiative timelines, expectations, and deliverables relating to project.

3-5+ years of external affairs experience, including public affairs, advocacy, and government relations, ideally provincial/territorial or federally focused.

Knowledge of and demonstrated success with both legislative and department-level (public service/agencies) advocacy.

Strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to prepare and present topics to larger audience.

5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and/or facilities management.

Excellent time management and project management skills.

Manage and oversee all procurement activities relating the their area of responsibilities.

Time Management; able to juggle a lot of activities at the one time and manage ongoing deadlines

Manage, lead, direct and assume overall responsibility for all NWAC facility operations .

Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety and fire regulations and other legal requirements.
