Implementation Project Manager USA or Canada

- Proven experience in contact center projects and deployments.

Project Management Certification is a plus.

Exceptional project management, relationship-building, customer service, and product implementation skills, with a demonstrated track record of successful customer engagements.

Extensive experience leading client onboarding/implementation, technical support, account management, professional services, and training departments/teams in a SaaS company.

Previous experience in product management is an asset, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product development and customer-focused enhancements.

Ensure effective project management by organizing schedules, budgets, and project tasks, keeping project teams informed of key deliverables and milestones.

Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, with a proven ability to oversee projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live.

Technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation/integration experience in previous role(s)

Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills

Experience at AWS, Cloudera, Snowflake, Epic, Guidewire, or cloud SaaS Companies with heavy implementation focus

5-8 years demonstrated project management experience with a strong experience in project management methodologies and project management tools

University graduate, or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated and proven leadership skills, excellent decision making and problem solving skills

Lead the project plan from initial project identification to hand off to the Client Service Delivery team.

Assisting in the continuous evolution of the PMO best practices and coach/mentor members of the Implementation team

4+ years experience in project management in system integration.

Work with partners and stakeholders to determine their needs and requirements for system integration

University level degree or relevant work experience.

Data migration experience is an asset.

Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal but not required.

Knowledge or worked with system integrations and data migration

PMP or formal project management experience.

Provide in-depth training on our LMS (Learning Management System), including best practices and workflows customized to each client’s needs.

Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and work with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals.

Manage a portfolio of projects, maintaining a high level of quality while coordinating multiple projects at once.

2-5 years in Client Onboarding or Implementation, working in software implementations, or similar experience.

Previous training experience / software training experience.

PMP certification and/or 3+ years of project management experience is required.

Advocate for team members and clients by delivering on change management plans and educational campaigns to drive awareness and shift mindset.

Experience with change management, business analytics and/or process improvement would be an asset.

Strong in building cross-functional knowledge, responsibilities and accountabilities, in order to build appropriate working teams that deliver on a mutual goal.

Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting ATB's environment.
