Bachelor degree in business (Supply chain management, Marketing) or equivalent;

Defines and manages critical milestones leading to on time launch, escalates delays as applicable

Ability to manage priorities and coordinate many projects and/or tasks with globally located team members simultaneously while staying focused on results;

Excellent presentation and communication skills;

Strong knowledge of ERP inventory management and cycle counting systems, SAP experience is an asset.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience

Strong organizational and project management abilities, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Liaise and work with Finance during bank audits

Strong analytical skills and mathematical acumen

Advanced user of spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Tableau, Data Studio is an asset.

Monitoring and reporting on software applications under management including cataloguing activities, version control, obsolescence issues, upgrade options, and divestment activities.

Providing advice, guidance and recommendations on technical issues to support the decision-making of senior management.

Conducting engineering studies and analysis to provide technical solutions to stated application or operational requirements/problems including preparation of Engineering Changes (ECs).

Preparing technical statements of requirement, draft specifications and purchase descriptions.

Experience using a recognized Process framework or using a LCMM Handbook.

Experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. SAP) for equipment cataloguing.

Knowledge of the requirements and application of a Quality Management System.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Applied experience with formal change management and conflict management processes is an asset.

Oversee the development of critical corporate, cross-departmental projects and initiatives, such as the Integrated Water Management Strategy.

Coordinate departmental business plan, work plan, project management and other corporate process templates and mapping.

Adhere to all applicable legislation, including Environmental Compliance Approvals and drinking water requirements, supporting the department in adherence to legislation.

Knowledge and experience of sound program and project cycles management including experience in program budgeting, monitoring and evaluation.

Strengthen partners’ capacity in internal system and knowledge management support

Facilitate quarterly conference calls with country Program Management Team to review country level ongoing core-program implementation and performances;

A post graduate university degree required (preferably in International Development, Sociology, Management)

Excellent computer skills, specifically in Word, Excel and Internet; MS Project and custom databases are requirements for the role.

Fluency and excellent verbal and written skills in English are requirements; fluency in French and/or Spanish an asset.
