Program Operations Coordinator Jobs

·In collaboration with the Management team, develop strategic performance metrics and objectives consistent with the organization’s goals

·Set and manage expectations with Consumers and ensure they adhere to the Organization’s policies and protocols.

·Provide 1:1 coaching and support to all frontline staff on a consistent basis

·Oversee orientation and onboarding of new hires; set probationary expectations and performance standards.

·Provide informal feedback and mentoring to direct reports on an ongoing basis (i.e. regular one-on-one meetings).

·Identify areas of improvement for employees, providing additional training and support as needed.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of program management principles and best practices.

Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities through effective project management.

Technologically savvy, with proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in program execution and financial management.

Effectively allocate resources, schedule program assignments, and manage vacation calendars to optimize team productivity.

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in municipal facilities operations and working with a Computerized Work Management System.

Knowledge of the Region’s purchasing bylaw procedures and requirements for contracting services. 

Demonstrated knowledge of applicable legislation, Acts, and industry standards. 

Knowledge of basic chemistry, environmental sampling methodologies, groundwater servicing, water supply operating procedures, water and wastewater treatment processes and quality standards.

Monitors contracted work with contractors and consultants during routine inspection, testing and maintenance.

Assists in technical and compliance related issues. 

Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.

Support education and training of trades with industry and other related organizations.

Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.

Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data

Be laser-focused on the customer journey from initial application to timely and accurate payments of rebates.

Identify barriers and bottlenecks and implement customer feedback to evolve our program processes.

Experience working with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc. and cross-functionally.

Experience in planning and portfolio management and understanding of software development lifecycle and operations.

10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects.

Manage the strategic planning and Intake process for the Organization.

Define and track project deliverables - create project plan, roadmaps, manage project schedules, and own end to end project delivery.

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

Critically evaluate business needs, drive decision making though strong analytical, leadership, and conflict management skills.

Work with management to prioritize business needs.

3-5 years similar experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with strong emphasis on Business Analysis

Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Visio

Liaise with multiple business units, technology teams and support teams to identify requirements, best practices, interdependencies and opportunities for improvements.

Lead internal teams to find solutions.
