Production Clerks Supervisor Jobs in Alberta

Post-secondary education in Food Sciences, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or other related education/experience would be an asset.

Schedules equipment and personnel to ensure production requirements are met on a timely basis.

Manages the Food Safety Program.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Dairy or Food manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of dairy operations with particular emphasis on processing and sanitation.

Working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.).

Strong interpersonal communication skills and familiarity briefing senior level management.

Seasonal work experience in an iconic, unforgettable, and inspiring location

Support all technical aspects of the experience

Support all other Gondola audio-video requirements, as they arise

Strong organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities.

A minimum of one year experience in working with live events (theatre, concerts or corporate events)

Post-secondary education required (Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)

Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, along with simple mathematical abilities

2-3 years of experience in similar role, preferably food manufacturing.

Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and team work among Team Members

Conduct pre-shift huddles and provides feedback for Team Leaders

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of related supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement preferred.

Solid communication skills (verbal, written) required

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.

Diploma/ Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum one year of directly related work experience

One year of supervisory experience

Lean six sigma or similar certification

Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Organising workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Well-developed communication skills in English at a fluent or professional level; able to be assertive and respectful

Above average computer & math skills

Knowledge of GMP and HACCP

Proven experience in a production facility with supervision roles or equivalent

Strong time management and organization skills and able to deal with varying levels of complexity

Proactively monitor the MES data management system to ensure accuracy and effective information

Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in a production plant environment

Knowledge of ERP and MES systems

Excellent leadership, problem solving & trouble shooting skills.

Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple responsibilities at the same time

Strong technical knowledge of gas plant allocations, measurement, interpretation of schematics as well as Regulatory reporting requirements

CPA designation with 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas

Knowledge of TIPS and SAP, will be an asset

Strong analytical and decision-making skills to deliver accurate and timely results

Prepare monthly accounting accruals for gas gathering, compression, and processing revenue

Coordinate with Operations and Commercial Services teams to accommodate for changes to customer activities;
