Strong knowledge of IT Service Management Practices.

Maintain and administrate the Omni RIM database which includes creating/preparing new files, changes to existing files, printing Records Management usage reports

Over one year and up to two years related experience

Basic knowledge of the principles of health promotion is an asset

Keyboarding skill of 45 wpm with 80% accuracy (confirmed through testing process)

To provide support to various programs across the Health Unit as needed

Experience working with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc. and cross-functionally.

Experience in planning and portfolio management and understanding of software development lifecycle and operations.

10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects.

Manage the strategic planning and Intake process for the Organization.

Define and track project deliverables - create project plan, roadmaps, manage project schedules, and own end to end project delivery.

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in product management/development related to Security

- Experience working with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Blackberry, Microsoft Security Solutions, Google Security Solutions, Fortinet, Radware etc.

- Experience within Agile/ Scrum practices

- Experience working with marketing to develop value propositions, sales tools

This role is hybrid out of Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

- Bilingual in French and English

Minimum 4 years’ experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional) in a multi-disciplinary environment

Provide practical insight and assist Technical Services relating to the Terminal System’s Asset Management Program

Possess a Post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field or minimum 5 years of combined equivalent work experience and education

Working towards a professional designation in Facilities Management (BOMI, IFMA, PEMAC designation) is preferred

Support the Operational Performance Manager, negotiate with suppliers and contractors to build efficient service level agreements

Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a customer centric environment

Experience in process design and architecture

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Support the Security Director in delivering all security management functions related to Initial Works.

Assists with contract management, agreements, and stakeholder relationships, as required.

Attend to Safety Certification Committee or the Contracting Authority Safety Performance Review Committee and ensure all stakeholders follow the project’s requirements.

High level of proficiency in coordinating methodology and project management tools (PMP).
