Beef, Poultry, Pork species working knowledge

Tableau or Power BI or similar data visualization systems work experience

Knowledge of brewing operations (theory & application), cost management and LEAN concepts

Interprets production plan schedule requirements, and works with the teams to organize team members and equipment/material resources to execute the plan.

Applies working knowledge of brewing process to guide the teams in enacting improvements.

Knowledge of relevant hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) including safe work practices

Strong analytical skills, good communications, innovative approach and real sense of urgency

A minimum of 4 years of experience working with software products

Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset

Help define the product vision and strategy, and translate that vision into a clear product roadmap to drive growth and engagement

Engage with third party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps that will support continued product innovation

Support team members within your product group, while working towards adding value across product functions, contributing to longer-term product roadmaps

Experience in Through hole soldering and assembly with supervisory experience will be preferred

Knowledge of IPC-610 Quality of workmanship

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching technology products or platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Bachelors' or Masters' degree in STEM or 3+ years of software development experience.

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Experienced with Java Code Frameworks like Spring, Strut, or Drop Wizard or other Code Frameworks preferred

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Java based framework product.
