10 years of Supply Chain Management experience in heavy industry (energy, mining, processing, etc). Oil & gas is an asset.

Experience with change management including managing stakeholder relations, all while inspiring and encouraging team and individual growth.

Extensive experience with application of mature, best practices in contracting and procurement, tools, processes

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ensure all SCM policies and procedures are understood and followed as intended both to the Operations C&P team and stakeholders involved

Demonstrated commitment and passion for Supply Chain and the value it can drive.

Diploma or degree in a business-related discipline such as Economics or Finance is an asset.

Experience with Canadian contract law and contract negotiations.

Professional designation such as SCMP through Supply Chain Canada isrequired.

Currently in a senior level position for minimum of five years.

An analytical and strategic thinker who brings forward innovative ideas and process improvements.

Team Lead, Order Management and Supply Chain:

Knowledge of data entry, supply planning component of IBP system, report generation would be considered an asset.
