Management of the program plan including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource, and risk management

Manage the product definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to production

Program tracking and reporting using Project scheduling, reporting, and financial management tools as appropriate

Support change management including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource, and risk assessment as well as program change requests

Knowledge and experience with the software development process and DO-178B

Overall technical coordination of design and development activities within the engineering functions to ensure that all customer requirements are addressed

Engineering qualification or extended experience in the engineering, EPC, EPCM and/or construction fields.

5+ years experience in the industry

Experience with interpreting study level drawings, equipment lists and other data in order to prepare a first pass Project Schedule.

Assist Business Development with proposal and tender schedules.

Excellent project management and organizational skills;

University or College degree, preferably in Architecture or Design. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Support Manager Construction, Project Leads, and Senior project mangers with project activiites.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning and analytical skills

Organize, co-ordinate and document all user group, consultant, contractor engagement and follow ups;

Knowledge of Provincial, GTHA, regional and local growth management issues

Strong project management skills is an asset

Oversee data collection, management and analysis

Prepare reports for Senior Management and Regional Council

Experience with GIS applications and strong computer skills

Combination of education and experience may be considered

Excellent skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 (or above)

Studying as a Post-secondary education Architectural Technologist or equivalent

Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Good knowledge of designing process

Working knowledge of related computer applications (MS Office Professional, MS Project)
