What You Need To Know

Act on requests for all client-related requests from management, colleagues, vendors – in consultation with manager

Entry of invoices in PRC payment system, including troubleshooting on payments, vendor inquiries and reconciliation. Key liaison with GBM Finance.

Administrative Support for Prime Services

Booking travel, reservations and making other business arrangements internally and externally.

Active user of Tier1 CRM and global calendar

Filing, scanning, binding, preparation of marketing packages, as directed

What You Need To Know

Six Sigma Certification / Experience

Ability to work independently/self-managed and in a team environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel

Manage & coordinate various invoices submitted for processing on behalf of McDonald’s

Minimum of 3+ years accounting experience

Knowledge of JD Edwards One World

Experience with Fixed Price Model / Business Intelligence tools

What You Need To Know

Support the Business Management team in day-to-day activities and provide support to MSS Project Managers.

Ensure effective record keeping, quality checks, and data management, across multiple projects.

Work with various stakeholders to track risks, dependencies, actions and collate responses for management.

• 5+ years of Capital Markets Experience – (US &/OR Canada regulations, bonds, trade)

7+ years’ experience in a commercially focused analyst (or similar) role

Experience with Franchise-based business model desirable

Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline preferable

Post-secondary education in Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Business, or Economics, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.

Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing research data, both qualitative and quantitative.

Experience in the agricultural industry.

Experience interpreting and applying various acts, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) in a cloud-based environment.

Knowledge of Manitoba grain and livestock marketing systems and data sources.
