Overview A Policy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures for an organization. They ensure that the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations and that policies are in line with the organization’s mission and objectives. Policy Managers also provide guidance and advice to staff on policy matters and ensure that policies are communicated effectively. Detailed Job Description A Policy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures for an organization. This includes researching and analyzing existing policies, developing new policies, and ensuring that policies are up to date and in line with the organization’s mission and objectives. The Policy Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. They provide guidance and advice to staff on policy matters and ensure that policies are communicated effectively. The Policy Manager is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of policies and making necessary changes. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in policy, law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in policy management
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
• Knowledge of organizational structure and operations
• Knowledge of risk management principles
