Performance Engineering Lead Jobs in Ontario

In-depth knowledge and working experience with LRE, App Dynamics and Open Source performance/monitoring tools (Apache JMeter, OpenTelemetry )

Preferred hands on experience with one or more programming knowledge i.e. Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc

Primary Skills: Performance Testing & Engineering.

Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed. Manage best in class service quality and manage SLA/OLAs accordingly

Experience of working in Agile testing methodology

Business domain knowledge of Corporate Digital Channels, Payments, Receivable & Treasury will be added advantage

Oversee the expansion and management of controls architecture and performance calibrations for fuel cell systems and module solutions worldwide.

Ensuring key metrics, processes, capabilities, and capacity are planned and executed to meet the needs of the business initiatives and programs.

Leads electronics technical integration between Cummins and key external stakeholders such as OEMs, Fleets, and suppliers.

Provides technical leadership for the business's most complex global technical challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or advanced degree preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in planning/forecasting and/or data/information management and statistical analysis, report design/layout, and testing/data validation.

Extensive knowledge of database management, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, web-based technology, working knowledge of VBA and SQL would be an asset.

Manages preparation, review and dissemination of stem cell management and corporate performance reporting.

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, urgent issues and complex business problems.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Manages and oversees all stem cell committees and corporate reporting initiatives to improve operational compliance and effectiveness.

Time management and organizational skills

Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have in-depth knowledge of project management.

Partner with program management to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue

Knowledge of database concepts, capabilities, and consolidating big data

Create multiple scenario and sensitivity analyses for presentation to Director of Finance
