A related certification in business analysis or project management

Manage and test regulation and legislative requirement changes.

Investigate and analyze requests to determine expected outcomes, business requirements, and the best method for generating and accessing the information.

Proficient Knowledge of PSQuery, PeopleTools PeopleCode, SQR, XML, SQL, web page development tools, and productivity software products (Microsoft Office, 365, Adobe).

Experience in a post-secondary setting is an asset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong knowledge of information technology and human resources information management systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Kronos).

3-5 years business system analyst experience, with expertise in scheduling & time keeping, payroll and benefits functions.

Knowledge and experience in performing work on enterprise software implementations or application support operations.

Communicates project, issue, and system status to the Manager, HR & Payroll Solutions.

Supports ongoing development of the employee and manager self-service portals.

Evaluates client requests and recommends solutions. Analyzes the various system’s technical and functional capabilities and limitations.

Some Project Management skills an asset

Experience on multiple projects with PeopleSoft HRIS system V92, with focus on the HR and Benefits (including BenAdmin) applications.

Conduct requirement and systems analysis and translate business requirements and document the overall solution.

Excellent technical skills, inquisitive with the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience with SQL, Database an asset
