Title: Testing Coordinator - Payment Operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Present progress reports and results of tasks to lead and manager and other interested parties.

Assist with Underwriting; this includes taking care of administrative documentation, settlement bank documentation, accounting/finance documentation.

Minimum 2 year experience in a payments or financial industry/projects

Technical experience in payments-related initiatives

Conduct regular analysis of processes and procedures, monitor transactions and investigate irregularities in between Probiller, the biller and the acquirers.

Track and escalate issues related to transaction processing, declines or acquirer functionality.

Project Management and/or Change Management experience in a complex environment

Evaluate payment requests against local and global Healthcare Compliance, Legal, and Finance policies and procedures

Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical experience or other experience within a regulated environment. Experience within compliance an asset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven implementation, training, or support of revised compliance requirements or regulations

Accurately identify training gaps and provide solutions to optimize process

Project Management and/or Change Management experience in a complex environment.

Industry Knowledge, System Proficiency (Finance and Compliance background)

Evaluate payment requests a Products local and global Healthcare Compliance, Legal, and Finance policies and procedures.

Coordinate with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance teams to investigate and resolve any matters related to HCP Value Transfer payments.

Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical experience or other experience within a regulated environment. Experience within compliance an asset.

At least 1 years previous customer success / support experience, preferably in a card payments environment.

Support Clio customers who have questions or escalations concerning payments, this will include:

Topics related to making and accepting payments.

Project manage the implementation of Payments ISO20022 migration project

Manage and participate in the following project activities:

Manage Project Plan and status reporting

Experience in managing complex large-scale projects in Capital markets domain

Preferred Experience working with FIS E-Gifts platform or similar Payment Gateway Platform

Solid Knowledge of Bank Payments System Process flows & concepts Wires, Chips, SWIFT

You have 2-3 years of experience working in an office environment, supporting vendor management, payment processing, and invoice monitoring;

You have excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying discrepancies, patterns, and potential areas for improvement;

Process various types of payments, including vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Conduct thorough record-keeping, maintaining accurate payment records and supporting documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure efficient payment authorization.

Perform analysis and reconciliation of financial statements, bank statements, and payment records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
