Accurately complete recruitment tracking log and all applicable clinical trial management systems

Post-secondary scientific diploma/certification or 2 years minimum experience working in a healthcare setting

Identify appropriate study candidacy based on knowledge of sites’ recruiting and upcoming studies

Experience in Marketing and/or sales

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Work on enrollment and retention initiatives with Recruitment Team Lead

Experience in program coordination and/or project management, including the marketing and promotion of projects or programs.

Strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills.

Experience living or working internationally in addition to excellent cross-cultural skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship- and team-building skills as well as strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills in English.

Fluency in other languages (e.g.French/Spanish/Kiswahili/ Mandarin/Arabic/Hindi).

Responsibilities include, with stated approximate percentages of time spent:

Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of FNHL student engagement programs (30%)

Remains current with student engagement best practices to enhance the student experience.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2.Help recruit, train, and supervise all volunteers in the implementation of programs.

3.Assist in the review and evaluation of programs.

4.Invest time and energy in being aware of and engaging with the parents of all participants.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience

Interest in or experience in STEM or Post-Secondary Education considered an asset

Advise the Recruitment Team and the Challenge Unit Manager on external communications issues and opportunities

Draft and post social media and web content according to the recruitment strategy, with oversight from the Challenge Unit Manager.

Prepare internal communications for staff involved in recruiting and provide feedback on strategies to the Challenge Unit Manager.

Experience with visual media creation applications/software considered an asset

Knowledge of project management and demonstrated capacity to complete projects

Knowledge and experience and child of youth populations and services

Experience in Mental Health and Addiction services preferred

Knowledge of participatory engagement frameworks and role of lived expertise in health service planning

Knowledge and awareness in Equity, Diversity Inclusion, Reconciliation and Accessibility informed approaches

Knowledge of the stepped care model and continuum of mental health and addictions services
