Parts And Warehouse Manager Jobs

Manage multiple vendors and develop an ongoing understanding of price, quality, delivery time, etc. for all our parts and equipment requirements

Management of inbound & outbound parts and equipment tables

Completion of all paperwork required to ensure accurate parts and inventory management

Understand inventory management and able to source, acquire, and stock parts and equipment

Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously, good judgment, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills

Able to train and mentor junior staff in inventory management, sales, parts, logistics, and warehousing functions

· 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

· Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures, including receiving, inventory control, and distribution.

· Proficient in inventory management practices and software systems.

· Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory tracking and warehouse management.

· Oversee and manage all aspects of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational requirements.

Previous experience working in a high volume distribution/manufacturing/technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.

Receive parts into system on the same day of arrival

With Supervisor’s approval, adjust parts bin locations through BMW software

Complete parts number changes on boxes

Any related experience preferably within the material management/auto parts industries

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Support all warehouse requirement when Shipper Receiver is physically remote.

Manage the efficiency of shipping and receiving parts to customers, technicians and other branches

Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel; strong computer and communication skills

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution skills.
