Executes detailed, comprehensive stock and product management routines, including processing shipment and completing markdowns, merchandising, replenishment and fulfilling online orders.

Conducts opening and closing operational routines as needed, ensuring a successful start or completion of the store's daily business.

Welcomes guests and assists with finding their perfect pair, accessories or apparel.

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.

Previous supervisory, training, coaching, and performance management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry considered an asset.

Plan and schedule product knowledge sessions to ensure employee receive product training to enhance their selling skills.

In conjunction with Store Manager, Inventory Coordinator and Buyer, discuss, plan, and implement required SOPs for the Retail Department.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent service recovery and conflict resolution skills to bring both guest and employee concerns to satisfactory closure.

Computer and POS skills required

Generate daily sort performance report.

Diploma or certificate in applicable technical specialty - Required

Working toward or obtained Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred

Must have minumum 1 year's consecutive retail experience

Stocking shelves, unloading delivery trucks, maintaining store cleanliness

Collaborates with store leadership team concerning policies, procedures, and standards for assigned area of responsibility.
