Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

To serve meals to residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner;

To set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service as required;

Planning and conducting surveillance inspections in accordance with scheduling requirements.

Experience in electronic/electrical testing or quality/reliability testing, engineering, electrical inspection, manufacturing or quality control is required.

Familiarity with the “National Electric Code” and/or product compliance requirements to nationally recognized safety standards is a plus.

Knowledge of Quality Control methods (ISO 9000/14000, QS 9000, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & Statistical Process Control) a plus.

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.

Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel. Previous experience with CRM an asset.

Understand caller’s needs and manage the calls with compassion and efficiency.

Experience within a customer service environment.

Experience within a healthcare environment preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be compassionate and caring.

To prepare and/or be responsible for the preparation/delivery of all foods for residents, guests and employees;

To review menus and production sheets before preparing meals and prepare and serve them properly and attractively;

Prepare and manage episode data, transcriptions and other publishing and file management

Working to ensure that Show Runners, Writers, Sound Designers have the editorial and production requirements they need to complete episode

Proven experience working in a professional podcast, audio, multimedia or broadcast content creation setting

Strong audio storytelling skills, interviewing, writing for the spoken voice, building immersive scenes

To attend in services to develop knowledge and skills;

Must have demonstrated sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care duties

Experience working with seniors in the community health services setting

Must possess strong written and oral communication skills

Must have a Chef Training Certification/Diploma from established Colleges or equivalent

Food Handlers Certification provided by the Public Health or certified agencies

Completes all assigned training required as per the LTCHA and Regulation 79/10.

Provides in-class live streaming support for students who have a virtual/remote learning accommodation.

Attends all scheduled classes for a student with virtual/remote accommodations

Works with ALS staff to acquire a laptop, microphone, and camera

Ensures their Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams accounts employee accounts are active

Sets up the appropriate streaming links in Zoom or Teams and sends to student

Works with student to established preferred way to engage in reciprocal communication with professors and/or peers during lectures or group work

Minimum three (3) years related work experience in the library, archive, records or information management field;

Familiarity with course management software an asset;

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

Experience as an instructor, workshop leader, trainer or other for an adult learning environment;

Demonstrated knowledge of student success strategies and commitment to success of all learners;

Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent;
